“XYZ is set to define the next generation of property asset class. To become both an international landmark and benchmark” Michael Ingall, CEO of Allied London stated.

Employee engagement will be at an all-time high, with tenants able to completely customise their space, from lighting and heating elements to partition walls and furniture.

Hello Work, Allied London’s community workspace platform, will have two floors within the main XYZ building enabling established corporate companies to engage with entrepreneurs.

Communal break-out areas will provide creative thinking spaces and all workers will benefit from XYZ’s unique aspects including indoor gardens, a gym and wellbeing centre and a ride-in bicycle ramp.

Ingall continued: “The property world needs to adapt to the needs of fast emerging businesses and we’re not just talking about lease structures. There is a real need to evolve the commercial real estate concept in order to support both fledgling and mature businesses and provide the right environment for them to flourish.

“Service, amenity and environment together with sustainability needs to be considered far more carefully than at any time before.”

“Our vision is global, we’re creating an environment for successful growth that will form a vibrant and stimulating working eco-system. The XYZ Building will become a new landmark.”
